Sanyogita Patil is an engineer, technical communication specialist and B2B marketing professional whose career has developed across aerospace, defense, telecommunications, industrial software, public infrastructure and enterprise communication.
Her professional foundation was built in technically demanding environments where precision, traceability and disciplined documentation were essential. Her early engineering experience included work involving control systems for India’s PSLV programme, unmanned aircraft projects, engineering models connected with BrahMos, and the Antenna Control Unit at ISRO’s Master Control Facility.
This engineering background later developed into specialised experience in technical documentation and documentation management. Through assignments undertaken during her corporate career, she contributed to documentation systems and technical communication supporting organisations and projects associated with:

Nokia , Invensys Wonderware, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Smart-grid programmes in Singapore and Australia, The Emergency Management System for the City of Baltimore, Maryland, SECURAS, an inmate-facilities project developed for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice

Her work extended beyond writing individual documents. It involved understanding complex systems, working with technical teams, organising large volumes of information, maintaining documentation structures and converting specialist knowledge into material that could be understood and used by different stakeholders.

As her career progressed into marketing communication, she brought the same structured thinking to corporate positioning, business documentation, exhibitions, sales communication and international market development. Her exhibition and communication work received recognition for booth presentation at CeBIT Australia and Smart Grid Singapore, alongside professional recognition for outstanding performance.
She was also recognised by MOH (Ministry of Health and Prevention) Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah, under the UAE Ministry of Health, for helping conceptualise and document a breastfeeding-support application and developing a workable model through which the idea could be implemented.
This uncommon combination of engineering, documentation and commercial communication eventually led to the creation of White Wolf Consulting.

Maria founded White Wolf with the belief that valuable business knowledge should not remain scattered across departments, documents and disconnected campaigns. It should become a structured organisational asset—one that helps customers understand the business, enables sales teams and preserves the knowledge created across the company.
That belief also shaped MARCOS™ Communication Architecture, White Wolf’s proprietary approach to bringing business knowledge, messaging, technical information, sales materials and communication governance into one connected system.
